Seek Refuge in His Presence
Understanding Eucharistic Adoration
Inside the chapel, Jesus is truly present in the Holy Eucharist, displayed upon the altar. Eucharistic Adoration is our opportunity to adore Him, thank Him, and rest in His divine presence. It is a sacred space carved out of our busy weeks where we can seek the peace, healing, and answers that only Christ can give.
How to Spend Your Time
Because there is no formal structure, you are free to pray in whatever way brings you closest to God. You do not need to "do" anything to make your time valuable; your willingness to simply sit with Him is enough. To help guide your time in the chapel, you are welcome to:
Engage in Prayer: Offer up intentions for loved ones, ask for guidance in difficult moments, or pray a novena.
Study and Journal: Bring a journal and spiritual reading to help focus your thoughts and capture what God is placing on your heart.
Practice Quiet Listening: Intentionally quiet your mind, allowing the silence of the chapel to help you hear the still, small voice of God.
